Make OS X Lion Mail Look Like Snow Leopard

After upgrading to OS X Lion, you need to get things done -- not learn the new UI. Here's how to switch Mail to Classic Layout.

Mail in OS X 10.7 Lion has new cosmetic changes. If you’re not ready to fuss with the new interface, make it look like Mail in Snow Leopard.

Launch Mail and go to Mail >> Settings.

Then select the Viewing button and check Use Classic Layout. Close out of Preferences.

If you don’t have time to learn the UI in OS X Lion Mail, changing it to Classic Layout lets you get things done quickly.
