It cane be done, just not here
Since the EU has just voted in a major law regarding net neutrality, strongly restricting what the providers can do, it will be interesting to see how that will work out, and how it will affect us as well. It's sad that, in this country, the right wing Supreme Court cares nothing about the people living here, but rather kowtows to big business. With their removing most restrictions on campaign financing, these big business will now have even greater say in what our representatives voting records become.

@melgross, agreed! This has been a great victory for the European Commission and consumer advocates, including Neelie Kroes.

If we leave to telecoms to "self regulate" the internet we'll end up paying more and getting a lame service.
