Unconventional winners
It's true, Beckham's unconventional but winning skills apply to a CIO or any leader: See the whole field, help teammates succeed, be an ambassador for your brand/company, and have a tireless work ethic. While we're on sports references, the same could be said of Tom Brady. Not overly gifted athletically, but a brilliant strategist and a team player.
