OMG. Jim McCann has no idea what direction to take the company. He changes direction daily. They are totally out of touch with their customers. They launch new corporate partnerships all of the time and none of them materialize into anything, especially for the corporate partner. Create a personal experience with their floral shops. What a joke. Their technology is archaic, and all orders are handled electronically. That is really personnal?? Beware. Hitch your horse to a different wagon.
