As Research Data Balloons, How To Share?

Can Privacy by Maintained in Public Research?
Aside from making the sheer processing power available to manage these data shares, especially when they need to be accessed in areas where the network speeds are much slower than in larger populated areas where speeds are capable of working with large data files, what about privacy?  As the use of publicly funded data increases, how can we maintain the integrity of the data itself, and also ensure that anything that would alter the privacy requirements of the source data (such as patient information) is restricted or at least made aware to other users of the data?

Hi, we use Scrum org wide for project management, and its working well compared to waterfall method. As part of company sponsored training, I also got my agile scrum certification Scrum Master Certification recently.
