Re: New op
I'm not sure most men can pull off the utility belt look. Sure, Batman, with his sculpted abs, works the belt flawlessly. But can you see a Red Hook hipster with a clunky Batman belt over his Normcore getup or skinny jeans? Or even your typical suburban dad whose six-pack abs are really more like a 12-pack?

I dunno, I think there's an opportunity here for the right bag designer.

Re: New op
Yes, this business with smartphones and tablets call for a major change in men's accessories, especially considering that may of us also need reading glasses to read our tablets, smartphones, or whatever. Perhaps a utility belt like Batman sports?

Re: New op
Yes, I've had to resort to many a shoulder-bag in my day -- especially when covering tech conferences to tote around my stuff while collecting data sheets, business cards, and swag.

New op
The phablet trend makes clear that there is a huge market need for murses -- yes, man purses. After all, these things won't fit in a pocket, and not everyone has a female willing to carry your device.

IT's Reputation: What the Data Says
InformationWeek's IT Perception Survey seeks to quantify how IT thinks it's doing versus how the business really views IT's performance in delivering services - and, more important, powering innovation. Our results suggest IT leaders should worry less about whether they're getting enough resources and more about the relationships they have with business unit peers.
