I'd agree with that. There's also a lot that goes with the server OS choice. A lot of It organizations are using active directory for access control and microsoft admin tools. So moving away from MS products isn't easy.

Wow, that is really amazing. Have these people heard of Linux? It is more reliable and way less expensive. I think this has to do with the skill base (i.e. tons of Windows admins everywhere) vs. the technology/business case.
