What happened to the repair facility
When I was using XP, Fred Langa wrote a very informative article:

"Langa Letter: XP's No-Reformat, Nondestructive Total-Rebuild Option"

http://www.informationweek.com/software/operating-systems/langa-letter-xps-no-reformat-nondestructive-total-rebuild-option/d/d-id/1044226?page_number=1

I used that method a few times and found it great. What a shame that we don't see similar articles for win 7,8 and 8.1.

I have searched around but found nothing like that. I read ways around it for win 8.1 but it was too complicated for my aging brain. Is there a chance of an article being writen for this?

We're seeing new titles in this digital revolution, new responsibilities, new business models, and major shifts in technology spending.
