Interesting stats. Curious - did anyone say why exactly they felt only moderately confident that their mobile security controls are effective at protecting data? With all the tools on the market, seems like 46 percent is a lot.

the mobile lifespan of corporate data
With so many organizations focusing on a mobility strategy, it's so important to ensure that your security policies are updated to reflect the change in how employees are using data, especially when it comes to accessing sensitive information on mobile devices.  I've seen several organizations start to look at whitelisting data so that parameters can be set on how data can be used and where it can be accessed, but it's merely a step in the right direction when it comes to having a complete security plan to ensure the protection of corporate assets.
