re: 7 Wireless Router Problems And How To Solve Them
We just bought a N600 router. Our two computers are in the same room, 8 meters from the router. One computer is a laptop and internet receptivity works a 100% but the one next to it, a desktop, shows five times less internet receptivity then the other. (And shows 4/5 internet bars, although making a speedtest shows it downloads 5mbits or less, when it's supposed to do at least 15mbits) We have been trying to re-setup, move the anthenna's from the "internet capter" situated outsite of the desktop (but plugged in). What could it be, wht can't the desktop receive the amount of internet it's supposed to? Anyone has ideas??

I have two laptops. One persists in saying no internet connection; the other connects with no problem. I reset the router, cut power to router and modem, restarted multiple times. I can't get the lenovo to connect.

re: 7 Wireless Router Problems And How To Solve Them
My wireless connection (laptop computer) works fine, as long as no other users are on line. As my wife powers on her ipad or my daughter powers on her laptop, I lose access. Eventually I get it back, but we all lose access every time one of the users turns on or turns off their computers. I have a linksys Wireless G router.Do I need a better router? Adjust settings on current router?
