Extending your theme about differences in carriers in the USA and Europe ... what are the typical data plans in Europe? Are there caps on the total bandwidth used per month? If so, how do they compare to US carrier offerings? For my family, the per-line cost for data plans for each of us (we can share voice minutes, but not data) is the main factor keeping us from switching from feature phones to smart phones.
