Wow, it's a little disconcerting to know that there are blockheads out there who are foolish enough to threaten to bomb the White House. I'm sure Secret Service will have fun with that turkey.

Thanks for writing this up. While it might have been a tightly controlled experiment, I think it shows something in the way of interest from the current administration to make the President more accessible, and potentially more openly accountable, the the decisions the White House makes.

If this experiment does actually lead to something, perhaps even offering more availability to West Wing senior staffers every so often since they are the real "doers" in any administration, it would serve well to teach people how things really work.

I'm hopeful that this will lead to something more.
