I agree MaryAnne. These types of things are going to have to be sorted out in court, and the ruling could have a wide effect.

Perhaps this is the case that will (finally) shed light on fact that consumers are being forced into a new digital world, but expected to leave all of their rights to their purchases behind.

It had to be duked out soon or later... Good luck to ReDigi, and very nice to know they have the support of Google. Hope it helps.
