How adaptable?
Is the analytic model generalizable enough that Urban Insights will be bringing it to other cities? Or more custom than that?

Re: How adaptable?
Urban Insight's hosted platform and analytical capabilities are generalized, but it's a consulting-oriented services business that specializes in transportation analyses. Each deployment will likely have unique data and data-correlation challenges, so one model and analysis approach does not fit all.

Re: How adaptable?
In addition to what Doug said, the analytic models we use are generalized wherever possible to allow for reuse and also so they can be readily adapted to related types of analysis. There's inenvitably some level of customization required when performing this type of analysis for other cities, due to differences in systems used that generate the data, as well as business rules that affect the patterns of service usage. We will definitely be bringing these analytic tools to other cities, and expanding set of questions that can be answered through their application.
