Docker not used inside Google?
Google itself doesn't use Docker, but the Kubernetes Project will re-orient Kubernetes around Docker use. Do I have that right? Actually, a better way of saying that is Google didn't start out with Docker as its Linux container format but has built up the Kubernetes system to work with it.

Kubernetes written in Google language
Kubernetes is written in Go, a language used extensively inside Google. It's been gaining ground outside Google as well. Google has its own container management system, called Omega, with Kubernetes a lighterweight version for the rest of the world.
