Can Docker help get more federal IT into the cloud?
Some sort of breakthrough is still needed, despite all the good advice offered here, to get federal agencies and other large, legacy system holders to move to cloud computing. Many of the benefits won't show up until they can participate in the more uniform, governable, automated x86 environment represented by  the cloud. And I wonder if Docker packaging of legacy applications, when appropriate, can help get them there?
