Seems like quite a hassle, and you will be able to get the same services if you went direct.

My thoughts exactly! Wouldn't going to Google and dealing with them directly be simpler and less of a hassle?

Why partner with a mobile carrier?
Why would a business want to purchase Google Apps for Business through Sprint? Mobile carriers don't exactly have a great reputation for customer service.
