Re : VW.com Revamp Needed 2 Mechanics: IT + Marketing
@trevor: Do you think there should be interactive models for cars on the website? I picked one color on the VW Tiguan, and I expected a rotating image of a car to pop up informing me that my car would look like this. It would look so cool on this website.

Just Opened the Site
I just opened the site and it?s beautiful. It compels me to check out cars and at least think about buying one (in the future, maybe). The point is, the idea is fantastic. Marketing any car that doesn't have a good response in a region would really be easy. I hope this can be done for other car manufacturers as well. Their websites are bland. Also, what VW is doing with Automated Car Technology, I think there should be an option on the website like ?CHECK WHAT?S NEW FROM VW? to enable the user to get an insight into the technology VW is coming up with in their cars. More safety features would also lead to better advertisement.
