Fragmented
Fitbit wants you to think they are cross platform.  The truth of the matter is that they focus mostly on iOS leaving android and wiondows versions as pale versions of the functionality reserved for iOS users.  Fragmentation is a funny thing and it will be Fitbit's undoing if they are not careful.

Although so much was expected from the windows phone, I guess android and iOS still hold the top rank for the best OS and app developers in the industry. But the idea of borrowing the Fitbit idea from android is not such a bad idea. This is an application that every can actually use.
