Too bad that Windows 8 flops on 34535345 points so that the 8 points mentioned here don't matter a bit. Aside from that, even back to Windows 2000 Microsoft published language packs for free, so you could add or make an English Windows to be a French Windows.

The new features in Windows 8 are awesome. It just suits the tablets. But if you want try transformation pack, which is useful for Windows 7 users, it is great.
