Good point on the analytics too, especially when you have an insurers that has truckloads of subsidiaries operating on both sides of the fence, one being claim payment processing and the other being the owner of the doctor's groups, good example here in the OC with United. You wonder where the clinical and the payment analytics meet sometimes.
