re: Anatomy Of An All-Cloud SMB
This is a nice summary - I'd be interested in why you chose Salesforce over Highrise (especially in a startup environment) and why there is no support in the cloud mentioned (i.e. Zendesk or Desk.com). Considering the importance of being 'social' in the startup world, I'd also be interested if you use any tools like Hootsuite, Co-Tweet or similar. To manage all these different apps centrally in one place and communicate and collaborate more effectively, I'd be very interested in your feedback on www.unifiedinbox.com as well.

Interesting they don't have a firewall or wireless router, also that they are not using Okta or Symplified account management / single sign on.

IT's Reputation: What the Data Says

Our results suggest IT leaders should worry less about whether they're getting enough resources and more about the relationships they have with business unit peers.
