re: Top 15 Google Apps For Business
I'm surprised to see WORK[etc] isn't on this list, it's one of the few business management apps that offers two-way sync integration for Google Calendars, Google Contacts, Google Docs, as well as offering a Gmail-integration gadget.

WORK[etc] is all-in-one, it combines CRM, project management, time tracking, and billing into one web app. I've found having all of your data in one place, combined with Google Apps integration gives me the ability to manage my business from anywhere. The gmail integration is particularly useful for us, as I can turn emails into new leads, projects, support cases, timesheets, and other items directly. Worth a look!

When it comes to managing data, donít look at backup and archiving systems as burdens and cost centers. A well-designed archive can enhance data protection and restores, ease search and e-discovery efforts, and save money by intelligently moving data from expensive primary storage systems.
