Windows as a Service
Windows as a service sounds nice.  It's a good way for Microsoft to keep itself at the forefront of people's minds.  Windows is already a "service".  In my opinion, it's a matter of perception.

If Microsoft is all in on the cloud, so is Windows
To become an "all-in" company when it comes to cloud, Microsoft will almost certainly have to provide Windows as a service.
