Sounds like a great book with great advice. I like how the authors talk about internal and external social networking as a continuum. I think too many companies treat one separately from the other. There *are* some reasons for doing so to a degree, but I think the goal should be a kind of fluid collaboration and engagement model where data like what's being liked is fed into, for example, CRM systems.
