Tons of Flexibility is a key selling point not just in IT. The availability of hotspots, access to company intranets, and even shared cloud space make flexibility an attractive selling point for both employer and potential employee.

Funny how IT == "all of the computing jobs in the universe." Not true. Let's make this an auto industry metaphor. Computer Scientists == Design and build concept cars. Software Engineers == Design and build production cars. Programmers == Maintain and repair cars. IT == pumps gas.
