Flexibility and outsourcing
The article outlined a good point. most large mobile developers lack flexibility when working with small-medium sized clinets. Thier development teams do well only when working with their own project managers and UI/UX testers, but not when the client wants to contribute its own resources to the process. It's important that your outsourcing partner spends the time to get to know your company and engages in teambuilduing activities for each project. I think these guys really do it well:
