Information Transfer

Electronically transfer data in accord with The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act [HIPAA].

The Concept

My proposed network uses a novel application of fingerprint technology to comply with HIPAAGăÍs electronic transfer rules.
Like facebook, advertising will make the network profitable; to increase usage, health care providers will not be charged.

The concept is explained in Appendix Gă AGăÍ.

Financing is discusses Appendix Gă BGăÍ

Appendix Gă CGăÍ explains how secure information transfers reduces insurance fraud and make health care more efficient.

Trying to use new medical information has been compared to Gă drinking from a fire hoseGăÍ. Appendix Gă D explains how the network will make current best practice more usable.

A new source for statistical data is discussed in Appendix Gă EGăÍ.

E-mail me at rujomiller@att.net for these appendixes.
