Yes, those are the list prices for on premises use published in march. The cloud versions will have different pricing.

The first realistic review of this announcement. There was largely nothing new in this silly announcement. Nothing wrong with that but calling a station wagon a Ferrari doesn't make it go any faster.. Repacking of existing products that were magically always intended for the cloud 7 years ago when Oracle was scoffing at cloud. It's all marketing out of fear of missing the boat. No metering tools, multitenancy, visualization or anything else. A lot clunky tools being hosted. It's outsourcing.
