Not sure I'm sold on this. Hey a big screen is nice but, if I'm at a presentation, the last thing I want is the presenter standing right in front of the screen touching it. Might make more sense to have a wireless controller app that runs on standard tablets so that what's show on the screen is also shown on the tablet and can be controlled from there.

Hrm, not sure I'd opt for this over WebEx/GoToMeeting + room projector. But it does make me think that the future is bright for the makers of microfiber cloths used for cleaning touchscreens.
