This is insane - no wonder we are losing the bubble with respect to intelligence! The mere thought that good software development houses will develop an app for free is insane. Will they use some kind of thumbs up, thumbs down voting method to evaluate the product for accuracy, security, and whether or not it has any value to national security too? Fire the Director and all his minions who are sponsoring this goat rope. It's no wonder our defense spending is out of control - we are wasting valuable taxpayer resources on a non-sense business model made for a cellphone and the average dolt.
