Kudos to Palmer for having a backbone - even though it didn't amount to much in an Alabama court. There are legions of US managers who hide their head in the sand, for their own sake. Hopefully, the Feds come down hard and exposes infosys's practices. This is the tip of the fraud iceberg.

So, InfoSys can't find folks in California that know Cisco... therefore, they have to bring them in from another country? Is that going to be their defense? That's about as believeable as Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny being the same dude.

The Palmer case - really? The guy's complaining about less work and the size of his bonus (do you know how many folks haven't seen a bonus in YEARS?). Then there's the harassment thing, so I guess that could validate the reason for the suit - but work and bonus-related issues? No.

The Tripuraneni case might have a little more meat to it. Being asked to prepare fraudulent paperwork is certainly a different issue and it looks like we'll find out more about that in the middle of September. Although it seems that InfoSys' shares are up on the news.

Maybe American companies should do something a little revolutionary to prevent this from being problem - as in hiring American workers.

In the interest of full disclosure, someone might want to talk about how InfoSys and UBM are currently involved in some business dealings regarding Cloud Ecosystem.
