I would be surprised to find out that all of the military and DOD's data and information is centralized into one accessible location. It is good to find out that the military is shifting their IT employees into in other areas of the military, instead of retiring them. There are numerous emerging technologies that could possibly change the way that the military is focusing on this change, a lot can happen before 2018 in the Technology world.
