Yes its very nice to see John Deere getting back on track-to help others and our future farmers!

John Deere has brought their support team to new levels with this one. For some reason I can't get the thought of a farmer in the middle of a field in the midwest mid harvest and a problem occurs, good news he has a John Deere and can address the problem right there on the spot. The only issue I see with this service, is how user friendly for the operators of these machines? I hope that John Deere has addressed these issues when coming up with this service. Trying to explain the technicalities of the service could be a job within itself.
