re: iPhone 5 Strengthens Apple's Hold On Users
Who cares? Apple fanbois will throw their 4S away and shell out a few hundreds for iPhone 5 and another few hundreds for all new accessories, of course the expensive ones from Apple that are in quality and features not any better than the cheap ones from online outlets. The Apple iPhone ecosystem is groomed towards total addiction of existing users, even if the 'new' phone is just catching up with what everyone else already does. It doesn't matter if articles in tech publications are positive, negative, or neutral, if they stick to facts or make stuff up. Apple will sell millions of the iPhone 5 and millions of the 4/4S will end up in landfills poisoning the ground waters. Apple iPhone is like a fundamentalist religion or an extreme political movement, the people who associate with it are beyond reason and reality.

Huh????? This is a straightforward description of Apple's presentation and analysts' reaction to it. There are quite a few appropriate grains of salt, and Mr. Claburn hasn't shown any Apple bias in the past. There's a whole paragraph on how disruptive the new adapter will be financially.

I'm guessing that you're upset because this isn't anti-Apple and pro whatever device you own. Maybe that's because Apple's presentation was quite impressive even for those not using the Apple ecosystem. I don't understand why folks feel threatened by every article except those that validate their own preferences. It's not helpful in politics or technology

Was a disappointment. It is underwelming.

Display - 4 inch. That is what Android and Windows Phone call "entry level" phones.
Display Resolution - 1136x640 326ppi. That is poor compared to the Lumia 920 which has 1280x768, 332 ppi

LTE - Nothing new, Most Androids and Windows Phones have it over a year now.

Longer Battery Life-We will see. The 4S was supposed to be better on battery life and flopped.

The Lumia 920 will be my next phone. It has wireless charging, nfc, and a bigger screen!
