Unfortunately a lack of focus on math & engineering has left the entire IT industry with plenty of jobs with no one to fill them. It's such a sad state of affairs that with an unemployment rate so hig, many companies are looking to fill positions and can't find people qualified. I am hoping that the newer investments in Health IT education we will begin to see more qualified candidates soon!
