I think Microsoft is doing a lot of good stuff around social collaboration in SharePoint 2010.

SharePoint 2013 loads a bit slower compare to SharePoint 2010. That is a drawback that I can observe so far. I LOVE the new interface though :) For SharePoint 2013 hosting, please visit asphostportal.com
