Great article on the opportunities of CIOs today. I applaud those who are driving growth through employee collaboration, insight and mobility. It's about being wise with how to spend their IT budgets and having a vision to push through change by taking calculated risks.

I guess our company is out of touch - we have no need, or plans, for any of this in our budgets next year.
