MetLife As Poster Child For NoSQL Innovation
The MetLife story helped put NoSQL on the map for many companies looking to solve the proverbial customer 360-degree view problem. Gary is a Citibank veteran who says MetLife is looking to leapfrog insurance competitors that are a decade behind the times. I'm anxious to see if the MetLife Wall ever gets reliable and secure enought to evolve into a customer self-service platform. Right now it's internal only.
