Don't be surprised if your job duties get expanded to include social media updates. With all the in house talent that every business possess in this area it makes sense that companies are currently not hiring in this area.Today it is a pretty safe bet to say that most people process social media skills, due to their personal interests with this field. Everyone uses social media in one form or another, does that make these people experts, no but it does give them experience as a whole team when it comes to social media. Great article on relevant information and some fine points!
