Airports are already way to much fun on a normal day to add technological problems to the mix. They do say that nobody knows the company better than its employees, and if they bad talk the actions of the company they probably hold some weight. I sure would have liked to receive on of the round trip coupons to Hong Kong for $40, what a deal. Sounds like Shares systems is more than it is worth on several levels.
