re: Windows Phone 8 Hit With Random Reboot Bug
You and I must be reading different things. Windows Phone 8 just came out within the month, and it was a fairly substantial re-write from Windows Phone 7. I'm not saying people should ignore or dismiss these problems; just that they seem standard fare for new product launches.

Win Phone 8 is a completely different OS from Win Phone 7+. Expect it to have different problems.

Windows phone has been out for two years now, you would think problems like this would have been taken care of. This really show what a piece of garbage this mobile OS is, and the UI is even worse. No wonder Windows phones have not taken off in its two years out in the market. Windows 8 on the desktop is not fairing well either.

re: Windows Phone 8 Hit With Random Reboot Bug
On the one hand, this is NOT what Microsoft needs, given that they are starting from behind. On the other hand, most mobile OS launches (see Apple: Antenna, Battery Life, etc.) are rife with problems. The troublesome thing is the lack of response. Of course, you'd rather see them working on it, but at least put out something that says: we're working on it!
