I agree with Frost & Sullivan that HIE participation will increase during Obama's last term. There was a lot of doubt with the past election of what direction healthcare was going to take, and with Obama's re-election now official, providers must accept the new policies and make the necessary changes to their practices. Whether or not healthcare is going in the right direction will always be up for debate, but at least now it's more or less finalized and can be implemented. Time will tell if it was truly beneficial, but I feel it will be.
