what is wrong if Merchants pay for advertising their products for improving search results.In Print media also they use advertisements to attract customers. Just because Google offers search engine, does not mean they can not carry Merchants paid advertisements. Of course search is free, but advertiser who pay may also seek prominence in the search results.

Of all the people, Microsoft complaining against Google ? Miscrosoft surely will find it hard now to rip off customers when Google has made everything , almost free and Miscrosoft does not like this. In the guise of "new" versions of their Windows Operating system, they have been ripping PC users all these years! Enough is enough MS Windows. With mobile computing on Phones and Tablets, on Android platform, we all can say good bye to MS Windows. and what a relief it is , we are out of the clutches of MS
