re: Diabetics See Clinical ROI From Online Disease Management
This is a very hopeful article for online disease management. With patients being able to have a convenient way to access medical information and with a multidisciplinary care team reviewing medications and readings, it's no surprise that patients were able to achieve better blood glucose control. A program such as this which can increase patient care using specialized groups to manage them and lowering the cost by reducing the number of physicians needed will surely be expanded to other regions and chronic conditions.
