Microsoft talked up how open to third-party tech it was becoming and how Dynamics apps would be deployable in public or private clouds or in a hybrid approach including on-premises. Seems that the Azure public cloud and openness to third-party mobile devices (and even Windows 8 devices) will have to wait.
