This may be a little premature, but I would also try to add a resolution of engaging in some sort of HIE to allow interoperability of medical health records. You make good points in your article, but I feel that it would really move the health industry forward if there were more organizations sharing data.

IGÇÖm glad you mentioned the importance of stepping up cybersecurity in healthcare. Medical records are master keys into a patientGÇÖs life; they contain all of the critical data that would enable thieves to clear nearly any security hurdle in assuming an identity for monetary gain or to perpetrate medical fraud. You name the security question and chances are the answer is contained somewhere within your medical history. Compromise of that data can lead to dire consequences.
