re: Google+ Gains 24 Fresh Features
David, I've been noticing a gradual surge in Google+ followers, too, since the early fall, but it seems to have picked up a bit more recently. I think it's a good move for Google to roll out these features. The Google+ app on my phone prior to these features left something to be desired. It is much more enticing now and could attract a more active user base, much like Google had anticipated when it first launched Google+.

re: Google+ Gains 24 Fresh Features
I've been noticing a major surge in Google+ followers in the last couple of weeks. Anyone else? Also, with respect to Instant Upload, does anyone know what happens at the point that you hit the 5GB limit? Does it just stop doing instant uploads? Does it work like a stack, pushing the oldest stuff out, making room for the new ones. Instant Upload can be dangerous to your data plan. I know that Facebook just rolled out the same feature (copying Google+ for a change).

Remember when 500 million (okay, 250 million active) accounts was an impressive number?
