Either major social networking providers are really bad at writing terms of service that clearly state their intentions, or they are taking the "Let's see what people will tolerate, then apologize for/change the rest later" approach.

Interesting that a businessman who has experienced such phenomenal success can so rapidly lose touch with the grassroots userbase that drove his success in the first place. It is partly this attitude that is driving Instagram users in droves to PicsArt, the #1 photo app on Android. It is a full-featured photo editor AND social network, and a GREAT alternative to Instagram. PicsArt is developing a greater integration with Twitter too, with their absolute belief that users must be able to share their photography in any way they wish.
