Top of class Win8 educational apps include the iTooch series by eduPad.
No wonder where they come from... iOS! ;)

David Fritz is retroactively praising Apple of the 1990s for having way fewer but way better applications than any Windows PC by saying that 'It's not about having 100,000 or more applications,... It's what are the 10 or 15 quality applications...'
